Headliners Committee

The Mission of our Members

The Headliner Awards program was created by the Dutchess County Chamber of
Commerce to recognize and celebrate outstanding companies and nonprofit
organizations located in the county. Each year winners are selected as
exemplary in the following categories: Leadership in Organization &
Community, Outside-the-Box Innovator, Green-Friendly Organization, Continued
Growth in Current Economy, and Customer Service. Nominations can be made by
members of the community including employees, customers, friends, neighbors
or the organization's leaders. Winners, chosen from these nominees by a
committee of Chamber members, are saluted at the April Contact Breakfast.

3rd Annual Headliners Awards seeks entries

Do you know an outstanding Hudson Valley business or organization? If so, you should nominate it for a 2012 Headliner Award.

The third annual Headliner Awards will recognize businesses or organizations excelling in Dutchess County. Awards are presented in five categories:

  • Leadership in Organization & Community
  • Outside-the-Box Innovator
  • Green-Friendly Organization
  • Continued Growth in Current Economy
  • Customer Service

Nominations, now open, are for achievement during 2011, and an organization can be nominated in a maximum of three categories. The awards will be presented during Headliner Month at the Chamber’s Contact Breakfast in April 2012.
